To comply with international anti-money-laundering regulations and to verify your identity and age, loki99 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and proof of bank account ownership (such as a bank statement or a screenshot of your mobile banking app showing your name and account number). KYC verification typically takes 12 to 24 hours. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
loki99 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Deposits are typically confirmed within 60 seconds. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). You may only deposit Funds from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
You may request a withdrawal of your Funds at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 to 48 hours. VIP members enjoy faster processing times based on their tier. All withdrawals are made to the bank account registered in your name during KYC verification. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. loki99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. loki99 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard bank transfers. However, your bank or payment provider may impose its own fees, which are beyond loki99's control. Withdrawals are subject to daily, weekly, and monthly limits based on your Account tier and verification status.
loki99 is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Suspicious activity, including but not limited to rapid deposits and withdrawals without wagering, will trigger an Account review and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
loki99 offers various Bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are disclosed at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (typically 20x to 30x) before they can be converted to withdrawable Funds.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple Bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk, or any other form of fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited. loki99 reserves the right to void all Bonuses and Funds, and to close your Account, if we determine that you have engaged in Bonus abuse.
If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements of an active Bonus, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for all bets placed on your Account. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. You agree to accept the outcome of all bets, whether favorable or unfavorable. loki99 is not responsible for any errors you make when placing bets.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Funds in your Account will be returned to you, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.
loki99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or engagement in prohibited activities. Upon termination, loki99 may withhold any Funds or Bonuses in your Account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms.
